Services are payable in advance. Work begins once payment for the relevant period has cleared, whether that is a trial week, a block of hours, or a month of a plan. We do not start or continue work against an unpaid balance.

Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each period and renew until cancelled. Hourly work is paid up front against an agreed number of hours; once those hours are used, further work requires a new payment. Fees paid for a period that has already begun are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. TODO: have a lawyer confirm this against your contracts and jurisdiction.
